These terms cover runwaypeek.com, Runway's free tools and templates, and the products you can buy from us. Runway is a one-person business based in South Korea. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Free tools and templates
You can use the free web version and the free templates in your own business at no cost. Please don't resell them or present them as your own work.
Paid products
- Paid templates are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- You may use a template in your own business and make copies for your own use. Please don't resell it, share the file, or publish it.
- Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells our products as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the payment. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.
Refunds
If a paid product isn't useful for your business, send us a message from the help page within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
Planning tools, not advice
Runway's tools and templates help you plan. Their results depend on the numbers you enter, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with your accountant or another professional.
No guarantees
We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we provide them as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't responsible for business decisions made using them. For a paid product, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that your local law doesn't allow us to limit.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to have it deleted. The free web version keeps your numbers in your own browser.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms in place when you bought.
Law and contact
